final project.
When I first I approached this project, I knew that it would be easy because I would like it. Photoshop always came easy to me and I thought that the project was interesting. I began by walking around the school and taking pictures of things that I thought embodied LaSalle College High School. The format in which I placed the pictures was easy for me to come up with. Therefore the most difficult part was finding a good background to use.
The project took more time than I had expected. The layout of the project and placing all the pieces together was time consuming because I wanted to make sure that the layout was not cluttered and that it projected a clear image.
Something that I learned through completing this project was time management. I overestimated the time that it would take because I had a clear image of what I wanted my project to be. Finding the objects that I took pictures of was also easy, but I did not think the layout would take as long as it did. I have learned that even though something may appear easy, it is still important to set aside ample time in case roadblocks such as the one I experienced comes along.
Overall, I am happy with the final result of my project. I feel as though my pictures and project are a good representation of what LaSalle means to me.
